Domestic Booking
You can make changes to the flight reservation by logging into My Account >Flight Booking. Please follow the steps mentioned below.

  1. Log in to My Account >Flight Booking
  2. Click on 'Reschedule' to start the rescheduling process
  3. Choose the booking, select the passenger and route for which you want to reschedule and the new travel date.
  4. Click on 'Book Now' to select the preferred flight. On the same page, you can see the amount that will be adjusted towards your new booking.
  5. Before you proceed with payment, kindly ensure that the date, passenger and route details are correct.
  6. Kindly finish the payment to complete the reschedule flow. Once bookmytour has successfully received the payment, we will book your reservation and email the new ticket on your registered email id.

You can print your flight tickets from My Account >Flight Booking. Please find below the steps

  1. Log in to My Account >Flight Booking
  2. On your Dashboard - click on Print Ticket
  3. Select the booking and Print your ticket

We charge a marginal convenience fee on every transaction, which varies by no. of passengers traveling and the travel sector.

You can cancel your tickets by logging into 'My Account >Flight Booking'. Please find below the steps for cancelling an e-ticket:

  1. Log in to My Account >Flight Booking
  2. On your Dashboard - select the Cancel option
  3. Choose the booking and click on Cancel to start the cancellation process. 
  4. Select the passenger and route you wish to cancel
  5. View cancellation charges and select the refund mode.
  6. Review your selection and proceed to cancel that booking

No, as we have mentioned in the terms and conditions, monument ticket can't be rescheduled or cancelled. 

You have to pay only if:

  1. You are carrying excess baggage.
  2. You purchase a meal during the flight
  3. You request a special seat

Yes, you will have to show either the e-ticket confirmation email or the print of e-ticket at the airline check-in counter.

You are not required to take the print again, as ticket details for passengers travelling remain same.

You can view/print your invoice without signing in, by simply going to My Account > flight Booking section under My Account.

On right side of login page enter bookmytour Booking Reference number and registered Email address, to access the required details.

You can get your boarding pass after doing a web check-in on the airlines website. Alternatively, you can also collect it from the airline representative at the check-in counter. You need to show your e-ticket and travel documents at the counter.

WYou can get a copy of the booking invoice by simply logging intoMy Account >Flight Booking section and clicking on Print Invoice.This option is available for all types of booking, except package holiday booking (domestic/ international).

The terminal information is available on your e-ticket. Also, we suggest you check the latest message/email sent by the airlines, as there could be some last minute changes.

Every time a payment is charged we send the payment receipt to your email id.

In the case of a change in the flight timings, the airlines will get in touch with you. However, we suggest you check directly with the airlines, as last minute changes are possible.

Wheelchair request shall be made in advance with the airline. Once the ticket is booked, please contact the airline to confirm your request.

An expected mother may travel by plane if provided fitness to fly certificate from her treatingUp to 32 weeks duration of Pregnancy.This criterion of a duration of pregnancy may vary airline to airline. Suggest you to contact the airline directly for more information.

A trip from one place to another and back, usually through the same route.

Premium Economy is a travel class leveled between Economy and Business Class. It offers better comfort and additional amenities such as wider seats, extra legroom and adjustable headrests depending upon the airline.

The flight timings shown on website against arrival and departure of the specific flight are the local time of the mentioned city.

For your special request / assistance in flight, we request you to contact the airline like wheel chair, seats on exit gate, meet and assist, unaccompanied minor.

Cancel and Refund

Yes, to cancel a booking the customer must have a bookmytour account. For those customers who booked as a guest user, an account has already been created at our end. To set a new password, please click on Forget Password

Yes, partial cancellation is possible in few cases. Please, log in to My Bookings to check the possibility for your booking. If My Bookings allow you to select a particular sector to cancel it is allowed, else it is not. Please follow the steps mentioned below.

  1. Log in to My Account >Flight Booking
  2. On your Dashboard - select the Canceloption
  3. Choose the booking and click on Cancel to start the cancellation process. Kindly note, clicking on 'Cancel Booking doesn't directly cancels your booking
  4. Select the passenger and route you wish to cancel
  5. View cancellation charges and select the refund mode.
  6. Click on 'Get Refund Details' to know your cancellation charge and refund amount
  7. Select the preferred mode of refund
  8. Review your selection and proceed to cancel that booking. Kindly note, clicking on this button cancels your booking

Domestic Flight

In case the airline has canceled the flight, to claim a refund please inform us about the cancellation by following the below-mentioned steps.

1) If your travel date has not passed then, please log in to My Account >Flight Booking and cancel the booking.

2) If your travel date has passed, then please login to My Account >Flight Booking and claim refund against the booking.

  1. Login into Manage Bookings
  2. Click on the claim refund button
  3. Select the Booking for which you want to claim your refund
  4. Choose option 'Booking directly cancelled at airline' as the reason for refund. One of our agents will look into the issue and will process the refund.

Kindly note in cases of Air India, the refund is processed by the airline after 45 days from cancellation date.

The refund will be automatically credited to your original mode of payment or bookmytour eCash, based on your selection during cancellation flow.

Further, the private sector banks may take 2 - 3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to refund in your account.

  3. Select the booking for which you want to know the cancellation charge
  4. Select the Passenger and Route to view the relevant charges and refund

If you have cancelled your ticket with bookmytour.travel then

  • Refund to e-wallet will be processed within 8 working hrs from the time of cancellation.
  • In case of refund to bank account/credit card, bookmytour takes 24 hours to process your refund. Further, the private sector banks may take 2 - 3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to refund in your account

Yes, all the guests need to carry a valid government issued photo ID proof. The hotel has the right to deny check-in, in case you are not carrying a valid photo ID proof.

Once you have made;the hotel booking, the voucher confirming the booking will be sent to your registered email-ID. In case you haven't received your voucher within an hour of booking, just login to the Manage Bookingssection on the website and print the voucher from there.

The check-in and check-out time vary from hotel to hotel. Usually, the check-in time is either 12 noon or 2.00 PM and check-out time is 11.00 AM. To know the check-in and check-out time of the hotel booked, you can refer to the My Account > Hotel Booking section or the booking confirmation voucher sent to you.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age on the day of check-in.

Yes, the hotel gets an alert within 30 minutes of your booking confirmation. However, processing the confirmation may take up to 24 hours depending on your check in date.

Cancel and Refund

You can cancel your hotel booking by logging into My Account > Hotel Booking. Please find below the steps for cancelling:

  1. Log in toMy Account > Hotel Booking
  2. On your dashboard - click onCancel,select the booking you want to cancel
  3. After clicking on Cancel Booking, select the room you want to cancel
  4. Select the mode of refund proceed with cancellation

Kindly note, you get to review your booking and cancellation charges before the final cancellation.

Once the ticket is cancelled, the refund amount will be displayed. Also, the amount will be refunded through the mode chosen by you at the time of booking.

Cancellation charges may vary from hotel to hotel and also depend on the date of cancellation. To know the cancellation charges applicable to your booking, you can opt for any of the below mentioned methods.

  • Log in toMy Account > Hotel Booking
  • On your Dashboard - Click On Cancellation Charges
  • Select the room to check the cancellation charges policy for the reservation

General Enquiry

All our hotels require a minimum one night stay unless otherwise stated.

Yes, You can book online and select the 'Pay at Hotel' option on the payment page. You'll not be charged anything at the time of booking.

Please note this option in not available for all the hotels.

No confirmation is required.As soon as the hotel booking is confirmed, you shall receive an email confirmation hotel voucher of your booking. If needed, we will re-confirm your reservation with the hotel and contact you in case of any uncertainty.

The rates listed for any hotel includes the stay, room inclusions and taxes applicable unless otherwise stated on the website. Any direct purchases or value added services taken are payable directly at the hotel.

Please enter the valid voucher code on the itinerary review page before making the payment. Once the code is applied successfully, the final amount payable will be shown, you can then proceed and confirm your booking.

The hotels may offer any of the four plans below.

  1. Room only: Only the stay is included in the price you have paid.
  2. Bed and Breakfast (Continental Plan/ CP): The breakfast is inclusive of the room charges.
  3. Half board (Modified American Plan/ MAP): Both your breakfast and evening meal are a part of your room package.
  4. All Meals (American Plan/ AP):  All meals during the duration of your stay (breakfast, lunch, evening meal) are included in the price that you have paid.

Yes, both single and shared rooms can be taken depending on the availability at the time of booking.

Yes. Such packages are termed as "Land only Package." All services from the time of arrival till departure, i.e., Hotel Stay, Tours, and Transfers are included in the package. Also, you can customize the package basis your requirement and availability.

We can place a request with the hotel but depends on the availability at the time of check-in. Extra charges if any for early check-in/late check-out will have to be incurred by the guest.

Yes, you can make a cash payment however if the package cost is less than two lakhs, then cash payment of Rs. 49,999 at a time is accepted without a PAN card. For packages costing above two lakhs, all cash payments require submission of PAN card copy.

You can book a holiday package just by paying some nominal amount through our website pay the remaining amount in next 24/48 hrs to confirm your booking with us.

The confirmed service vouchers for the package booked will contain the contact details of the service provider including the emergency number of the bookmytour Team available 24x7.

It is at the discretion of the customer. Please note any amount given as tip is not a part of the package cost and bookmytour is not obliged to refund any tip paid by the customer.

Yes, optional tours can be included by paying an additional cost.They are not considered part of the package and can be included as per your preference.

Any sightseeing, meals, transfers, which are not mentioned in the inclusions will have an additional cost.

bookmytour provides a cake, candle light dinner, and decor. If these are not included in your package, you can pay additional cost and avail them.

Yes you can. Though the itinerary of a group tour or holiday package is pre-designed and cannot be altered. The travel dates are fixed, and all services are on sharing basis. However, we offer a wide range of individual tours, events, and attractions. Incase you desire something different from the inclusions mentioned in our product range, please contact your local licensed travel agent or a travel bureau at the destination you plan to visit.

Tele Check-in - Certain airlines allow few of their premium customers to book a preferred seat in advance over the phone. However, you will have to collect the boarding pass and must report at the check in counter no latter than 60 minutes prior to the flight departure.

If you have entered the correct details and the recharge did not get proceeded, you can simply cancel your recharge request after two hours of placing the order. Go to “Booking History” in the “Profile” section in website and cancel your recharge order from there. You will get your refund within 24 hours.

Recharge failure could be due to an issue at Operator's end. We request you to retry after some time. If your number is ported, then select the correct operator and circle manually.

We are sorry to hear this but the recharge request has been successfully processed by the Operator and we do not have any control once the request is processed.
